Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Innerwear or items marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged after use

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Mention the reason for return or exchange
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days

Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup is available in your location, we will arrange it. In cases where pickup is not available, you may be required to ship the product back to us.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We will resolve the issue on priority.

Important Notes

  • VantaStreet reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • All decisions regarding returns and exchanges will be final
